Refund Policy

KIIT offers a seven-day money back guarantee on the courses with the following conditions.1. The refund policy is limited to once per student.
2. If the student is de-registered for violation of the terms, it is not refunded.
3. The money will not be refunded for upgrading or downgrading the existing course, though it will be adjusted in the upgraded course. As a result the student did not lose any money.
4. If registration with NEILIT is made by KIIT before you request for cancellation of admission, the amount will not be refunded.
5. Student should request admission cancellation from KIIT office to get refund. The refund will be processed by us within 7 working days into your original payment method. If you have paid in cash, you need to collect the refund amount from KIIT office, for more possibilities kindly contact us via phone call or whatsapp.
6. If you have submitted invalid documents or incomplete documents like unclear copy of (ID proof, documents or photographs). In this circumstance your admission is withheld and if you wish to continue you will have to resubmit the appropriate documents otherwise your admission will be rejected and refund will be provided to you.
7. If your qualification is less than the requirement in a particular course. Your admission request will be rejected however you can choose different course. If you have already paid any amount and do not wish to continue you will be refunded within 7 working days.
8. If you have paid partially or fully and in the meantime you ask for refund if you want to cancel your admission due to any personal reason, you are not eligible for the refund.
9. Refund is applicable on select courses only. In other words not all courses are subject to a refund. Please contact us to receive detailed information on which courses are subject to a refund.
